Return & Exchange Policy

You can trust our products. We will gladly accept returns not meeting your expectations within 7 days upon the arrival of goods for refunds or exchanges.

However, returns of goods only at the terms and conditions as below:

• Product must be in a “new” condition as it was delivered / received. Those that has been opened or used are not acceptable.
• All attached documents, free samples and any other add-ons must be return along together with the items.
• Only applicable for registered member.
• We only do refund to you after received the items/goods in good condition.

退换货政策
